Everybody has a internal clock which works the same way🧭

 

First Cycle: 4 am to 12 pm

It is time to detox and defecate.

During this period you need to eat things that are easy to digest and not take any toxic substances.

The first week of my program generally starts like this: From breakfast to lunch you eat fruits only. The response I get is always the same “Karen it was so hard eating that much fruit but I feel great.”

 

Second Cycle: 12 pm to 8 pm.

It is time to eat.

You need to listen to your hunger but the time you eat your dinner is important; the earlier, the better.

 

Third Cycle: 8 pm to 4 am.

It is time to repair.

You should stop eating 3-4 hours before you go to bed. You should go to bed on an empty stomach. Things you eat late may suppress hormones you release while sleeping and as a result your body cannot do its job properly.

Sugar taken especially at night (carbohydrates), including fruits, suppresses the growth and repair hormones at night.
